Seattle Uses Second Half Push To Run Away From Denver In NFL Preseason

By Ross Everett

Seattle's Matt Hasselbeck and Denver's Kyle Orton both played fairly well in the first half, but the Seahawks reserves pulled away in the second half. The Seahawks improved to 2-0 on the NFL preseason with a 27-13 win over the Denver Broncos.

Hasselbeck completed 16 passes in 23 attempts including two touchdowns, though he was sacked three times. That was a big concern as he missed considerable time last season due to a back injury, but appeared to suffer no ill effects here. Still, the Seahawks starting QB said it was a traumatic experience:

"It's just like I remembered- no fun. ... I forgot how hard people hit in here. It's just like a car accident. It's part of the game ... and it was probably good that it happened."

After a rough opening weekend as the Denver Broncos starting QB, Kyle Orton recovered to post decent numbers. After the game, Orton indicated that hes feeling confident about his play:

"I've got an awful lot of confidence right now, I really do. This is the best offense I've ever played with. This is the best talent around me that I've ever had. I just feel that my game right now is as good as it has ever been.

Broncos head coach Josh McDaniels was more measured in his assessment:

"I think he acquitted himself fairly well. He played, you know, fairly well. There's still obviously room for improvement. But he did what we feel he is capable of doing.

It would have been hard for Orton to have played worse than he did in the Broncos opening NFL preseason contest against the San Francisco 49ers last week"in that game Orton threw three interceptions in his first three drives.

Seattle will get the NFL regular season off and running on Sunday, September 13th as they host the St. Louis Rams. The Broncos will travel to Cincinnati for a game against the Bengals on the opening Sunday of the regular season.

Fourth Sequel To Oru CBI Diary Kurup | Sethuramayyar Is Back Again

It was a thriller made way back in 1988 starring Malayalam superstar Mammootty. Now 'Oru CBI Dairy Kurippu' director K. Madhu is working on its fourth sequel.

In a chat to IANS, Madhu said scripting work is going on and the film would be released next year.

'To the best of my knowledge this is certainly unique, with not a single film going into four sequels. And mind you, each of the earlier released films were superhits,' said Madhu.

The first sequel was 'Jagratha' in 1989 , 'Sethurama Iyer CBI' in 2004 and 'Nerariyan CBI' in 2005.

'Another uniqueness of this film is that the director, scriptwriter (S.N. Swamy), music (Shyam) and leader actor Mammootty have been the same in all the four films and will continue in the fifth one as well,' pointed out Madhu.

Each of the films saw Mammootty playing the role of a Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) officer who along with his team solves a crime when the local police fails.

'This time also the plot is the same but the name of the film is not ready. By all means viewers will certainly not be let down and can expect another thriller,' said Madhu who made his directorial debut in 1986 and so far has done 28 films.

Mr Bhatti On Chutti - Hindi Movie Previews,Synopsis

This is a story based in 2005-06, the times of military aggression and war in Iraq and Afghanistan. Set in this time is our central character of Mr Bhatti (Anupam Kher) a bank clerk, a lovable yet lonely nerd. Mr Bhatti dares to do what we prefer to discuss with our morning cuppa and forget soon after. He has the passion to implement his peace plan aimed at 'Saving the World'. And he will not stop at anything until he achieves it...

The key to that plan is Mr. George W Bush whom Mr. Bhatti has been trying to contact at the White House from his bank telephone, so that he doesn't have to pay for the ISD calls!

But strange things are happening to the man who wants to save mankind... this delusionary man is being followed and photographed. Wonder who these guys are?

Suddenly, Mr Bhatti realises that he has actually won a FREE trip to Europe, though he has entered no contest. Who has sent him the ticket and the hotel package free of cost? How can Mr. Bhatti go on this trip without telling his favourite star, Mr. Amitabh Bachchan about it? Never mind, if he has only met him in his dreams, thus far...In reality, all Mr. Bhatti can manage is to stand outside Mr. Bachchan's bungalow with a crowd, awaiting a glimpse of his hero

Now to Mr Bhatti's Chutti.

Bhatti arrives at the picturesque lake district in England with a group of tourists. Strange happenings follow Mr. Bhatti even on his chutti. An English beauty, Alice, falls in love with him, never mind his eccentricity. Mr. Bhatti, for the first time in his life, feels the power of being overpowered by a woman's attention... He goes crazy with so much attention being showered on him. He tries hard at all times, but cannot manage to suppress his excitement. Stranger things await him... soon.... Alice vanishes and is presumed dead.... murdered, actually.

Mr. Bhatti, naturally is the prime suspect. When the U.K. police check him out for criminal records on their data, it is revealed to them that he is not Mr. Bhatti but the dreaded terrorist Abu Siddique

Is Abu Sidique masquerading as bufoon Bhatti? Javed Khan (Abid Ali) who plays a Pak -born cop, now with the U.K. police digs deeper. And he realizes that Mr. Bhatti merely has a strange resemblance to the wanted terrorist, Abu Siddique, the mastermind behind the U.K. bombings. Abu Siddique has flown the nest!

The U.K police try to convince Bhatti to pretend to be Abu Siddique. Bhatti refuses. And it takes all of Javed Khan's effort to get his friend Mr. Amitabh Bachchan to come in to play and to convince Mr. Bhatti to agree. From Mumbai, Mr. Bachchan convinces Bhatti to save the world by taking on the persona of Abu Siddique.

How can Bhatti refuse Bachchan? Bhatti infiltrates into the Abu Siddique gang. Which is fine.

But what about Abu's girl freind, Katy? She thinks he is the real Abu and comes on too strongly on to him. And poor Bhatti is a virgin. Through all this Mr. Bachchan keeps advising Mr. Bhatti to do the right thing at the right time

Katy is unmanageable. And on top of it, Javed khan asks Bhatti to find out what is the gang's real plan? But as Bhatti finds out their plan, the real Abu Siddique finds out that there is someone impersonating him in U.K. He leaves Turkey for UK to add to Bhatti's woes.

It is now, that we learn about a plot within a plot. And all hell breaks loose. Now, the dead Alice also surfaces. And Bhatti gets one shock after another.

Bhatti finds himself face to face with death, and utilizes his last wish to call up Mr. Bachchan. Bhatti tells Bachchan, 'marwa diya aapne'...But can one keep Bachchan down? Mr. Bachchan once again, inspires Bhatti so much that his fan can defy death and fight to save humanity

Its action stations after this. And Bhatti whom we all thought was an idiot, a buffoon, now turns the tables and to what effect! We realize that to be single-minded about world peace, even at the cost of one's life, can turn an ordinary man in to a hero.

Now it is to be seen if Bhatti's desire to meet Bush and more importantly Mr.Bachchan is fulfilled or not...

Mr. Bhatti on Chutti is, on the face of it, a comedy. But there is much more to it in the larger sense, Mr. Bhatti on Chutti talks about the common man Mr. Bhatti's dream of a workable peace plan in a world ravaged by war and hunger. The film is also a celebration of Mr. Amitabh Bachchan's stardom. He plays Mr. Bhatti's conscience and also his inspiration as he is in real life to millions of us.

Thaskara Lahala 2010 Malayalam Movie Review - Suraj Venjarammoodu

By now we should know that not every film is even half as interesting as its title. Thaskara Lahala does live up to its title in more ways than one. It does throw in a few petty thieves in lead roles. Secondly, and more importantly, throughout the entire film pandemonium reigns.

There are few films that lack a structural clarity as Thaskara Lahala. It starts off somewhere in a village called Kurukkamthara where four jobless men led by Manikantan (Suraj Venjarammoodu) stage plays as charity events. Their plans to marry off a poor young girl go haywire and they are forced to flee the village. They start living with their mentor Louis Aasan and indulge in some petty thefts to keep the money flowing in.

The kind of things that happen in this film are mind-boggling to say the least. A girl gets raped by a senior cop and ends her life. Along comes a reality show on the atrocities being committed against women, and a social activist demands that a women's police station be set up to solve the problems. The Home Minister is part of the show, and ta da! He agrees to the suggestion and in no time an all women police station is set up to put an end to all troubles faced by women in the state.

In the beginning of the film we see Varsha (Lekshmi Sharma) at Kurukkamthara where she loiters around Mani. And when Mani shifts to another town, lo and behold, she turns up at the place as a cop in the local police station. Quite a small world indeed.

Onscreen advertising isn't anything new, but when it's as brazen as the kind that happens here one can only gape in disbelief. What else would you say when you see a policeman pointing at a hoarding and lecturing his junior at length about the qualities of a fitness massage oil? Believe it or faint, there is a Swami and his assistant who treat impotence with a holy drug, that they tell us has ample doses of an energy capsule mixed in. More promotion is soon to come for hair fixing and what not.

I wish the makers of the film attributed us with brains the size of peanuts at least. That certainly isn't the case, because we get to see a man in dire need of medicines resorting to an amazing trick that has never ever been seen before. He ties two rods or something of the sort together; walks into the store pointing them here and there and proclaims that there is a bomb scare. The terrified pharmacist runs for his life, but not before handing over all the medicines in the prescription.

The climax involves some antique auction where crores of money are expected to come into play. And you have the Home Minister himself offering statues to the customers like a newbie salesman and uttering unmentionable blunders in the process. The scene soon degenerates further with every possible actor rushing in and bashing each other. Expected to raise some giggles, this is a scene which makes us wonder what is being manufactured under the guise of cinema these days.

Thaskara Lahala is as unfunny as it gets, and it could be quite embarrassing to attempt an in-depth analysis of the film. With no further ado, I refuse to comment any further on the acting, the scripting or the directing.

Rama Raavanan 2010 Malayalam Movie Review | Rama Ravanan Has A Confusing Script

Rama Ravanan is actually blessed with something that most films lack these days - a solid story that could make all the difference in film making. Based on Kamala Suraiyya's novel Manomi, the film attempts to sketch the life of a young Sinhalese girl who is a hapless victim, like millions of others, of the Srilankan Civil War.

Rama Ravanan starts off with a militant attack in Srilanka and soon shifts over to Indian, to a small village somewhere on the Kerala - Tamil Nadu border. A leading LTTE activist Thiruchelvam (Suresh Gopi) who has had a narrow escape from Lanka, takes refuge in the village in a deserted house. Lost in memories, Thiruchelvam remembers the few days that he had spent there years back.

The mansion isn't new, since he had been there once, planning a terrorist operation. Living nearby was Annadurai (Nedumudi Venu), a former resident of war ridden Lanka who had started life all afresh. Manomi (Mithra Kurien) who visits Annadurai after having lost her family in the war, happens to meet Thiruchelvam and within no time, love strikes. This is one such love that has to be headed towards doom, as Manomi soon realizes. Thiruchelvam leaves, spurning her love.

Time has passed since, and Thiruchelvam wonders where Manomi should be. The story does have an emotional depth that could move a few hearts, but the incoherence that has crept in, while transacting it on to the screen is quite distressing. This is why, the film doesn't move you as much as it should have, and at best it leaves you cold and a bit numb. The premise as such, demands several journeys back and forth time, and at times, it turns out to be extremely confusing.

My disappointment with the film is even greater, since I was really hoping that this film would work. So when the narrative appears incomprehensible, courtesy the jumbled writing, I was left wondering as to kind of difference a tighter script could have made to the whole film. The film does dwell on the futility of war and on a deeper level it should have made an attempt to explore personal conflicts as well. Because essentially Kamala tells the story of an ill destined love against the backdrop of a bloody battle.

The performances from the lead actors are even, but Lena in a brief role as an LTTE activist Malli, truly sparkles. Mithra does a respectable job of living up to the expectations associated with the author backed role. Suresh Gopi strangely seems to maintain a low profile through out.

Manomi as a story deserved a much better treatment than the one meted out to it in Rama Ravanan. As such it appears half baked, and makes you wish on several occasions, that a bit more vitality was injected into it which could have made it a simple tale, that was well told as well.

CEO Job Search - CEO Jobs - Here Is How To Find Top Talen

By James Scott

When my firm goes into a privately held corporation to create strategies for expansion and a solid foundation before initiating the 'go public' process the first thing we do is analyze the CEO,CFO and COO professional pedigree and many times the current executives need to step back and allow us to bring in professional 'C' level management so that the company can go public, attract investment dollars from accredited and institutional money sources.

To save time we'll go over the CEO position. This executive will be the public face to the company. They need to remain calm under pressure, respond quickly to critical questions and have a contact portfolio that could choke Godzilla. Within this contact base he/she must be able to create strategic alliances to grow the company's presence domestically and internationally, take the leadership role to set up pre and post public financial strategies with the CFO and Board of Directors, identify and facilitate acquisitions and mergers to cultivate growth, engage the public via TV, radio and public forums as an industry expert to brand his name, the company name and the trading symbol.

An executive prime for this position will have ample publicity contacts for crisis management and getting the 'good word' out about the company's financial position, new service/product, latest acquisition, newest big contract or distribution source or anything that could trigger trading volume with the stock.

At the end of the day if the company isn't growing steadily and efficiently and if the company stock isn't trading at a volume that allows the company to capitalize off of its position, the blame falls on the shoulders of the CEO.

Using the above to initiate the evaluation process of your CEO is a good place to start if you are getting ready to go public or if you are currently public and struggling to grow.

Overseas Expansion - Strategic Expansion

By James Scott

Whether I'm speaking to a group of university students who are under the delusional assumption that they are going to change the world or a group of board members who have just had their butt handed to them by the shareholders or 'C' level executives trying to take a regional or domestic corporation global, the crowd is generally the same.

In every audience you'll have the sheep, fox and the over-analytical. The sheep are easy, the over-analytically are even easier but the foxes can pose a challenge so let's start with them. The fox is the cynical, backstabbing individual who will take what you say and twist your words to shape their argument against you to establish an upper hand but if you can bring the fox onto your side, their flock of sheep will follow. I will typically look for certain 'tells' such as intonation, eye contact, gestures etc to find the fox in the room and by including these individuals in the conversation you'll quickly win them over to your side and their flock will follow.

Engage the fox, ask them questions and merge their concepts into your presentation without losing the overall concept but some sacrifice is necessary for your presentation to have a lasting effect on the audience. Use their first name, use them as an example that can be plugged into certain solution based material. If you do this effectively you'll win over the fox and the sheep.

That said, don't leave the sheep out of the customized aspects of your presentation, when you're not using the names of the foxes you are addressing the room in general terms such as 'you', 'we' etc.

Now for the over-analytical, you know the type, they are constantly trying to come up with questions for nothing other than the simple matter of their insecurity. Their reputation for analyzation is all they have and for the most part the topics they bring up and the questions that they have do nothing for additional comprehension by the group and when challenged they are often without a response. This individual will waste your time, don't let them control the presentation. Challenge them head on at the onset of their attempted inquisition. Use the Socratic method of argument to passively prove to the group that this individual is hardly qualified to be in the same room as you let alone challenge you in public. Crush them quickly and scatter their pieces, but do it with class and distinction. Don't be a butcher.

Pay close attention to your intonation, posture and vocabulary. Get more power from the individual word as opposed to wasting a paragraph of speech on this individual.

IPO Consulting - What You Must Do To Succeed - Over The Counter Bulletin Board

By James Scott

IPOs and Taking Your Company Public: Why Do Public Companies Fail? There are a few things that one needs to consider when strategizing to take a business public on a major exchange: corporate structure, the speed and efficiency at which the IPO is facilitated, the market creation post public with corporate publicity strategies and investor relations, relationships to secure ongoing financing and finally strategic growth through acquisition.

The corporate structure is the foundation to the company which includes a strong 'C' level leadership boasting a pedigree of steeped experience and professional track record.

The board of directors must be seasoned and solid composed of industry specialists in the finance, advisory, legal and distribution sectors of the industry and finally the corporations strategic alliances must be in place and strong to pad the business model and help the company grow.

The speed at which the company achieves a trading symbol is important not only to the company but the seed capital investors who want a rapid turnaround on their investment. The audit, SEC filing, 15c11 and FINRA approval need to be orchestrated by experts to complete this task in a timely manner or this process can crush your company as opposed to enhancing it.

Now that you have your trading symbol you need to create the market. Don't count on your market maker or broker dealer to do this as they are simply a vessel to complete trades and vouch for your company on the securities level. You need powerful investor relations (IR) and corporate publicity. You should also consider publicity strategies for your 'C' level executives to brand them as industry experts to add legitimacy and strength to your presence and market position.

Don't forget PIPES and other post public securities monetization solutions. These companies can offer a lifeline if you're company is seeking expansion or acquisition capital. Make sure you get references! The last thing you want is a PIPE firm that gives you a 60% LTV (or less) against your stock and then crucifies your company by dumping the stock, ouch!

If your company is in the correct phase of evolution, growing and ready for that next level, think: OTCBB. It's fast and relatively affordable and if you're corporate strategies are in place you could rake in some serious capital fast for your corporate expansion.

Going public can make or break a company. As long as you are prepared it can be the biggest blessing ever bestowed on your company. Understanding the process can help you decide if this is a direction you'd like to take. Here is the process:

First you'll need corporate structuring to create a business model that is conducive to raising capital and increasing investor confidence so you'll need to take a long hard look at your 'C' level executives and their educational and professional pedigree and track record, your board of directors capabilities and abilities to contribute with capital connections and strategic alliances.

Second you'll need to write a business plan that take into consideration a strong business model, financial projections that will stand up to the scrutiny of your SEC auditor and investors who have their investments audited by legal counsel and accountants while simultaneously painting a picture of a solid and viable, and yes, recession proof business model.

Third you will need a PPM to break your company up into shares to distribute to seed capital investors and stay within the SEC Regulation D requirements.

Fourth you're ready to file your S1 and get into the comments stage. Be prepared to answer questions and be patient. The SE needs to understand your business enough to approve it. Some of their comments are pretty strange but it is what it is. Your best bet is to have a good securities attorney file for you.

Fifth you need your third party audit. This can be a large financial undertaking if your books are a mess and a good auditor can be in and out in around a month.

Sixth after the SEC approval you'll have your market maker file your 15c211 with FINRA to get your approval and stock symbol.

Lastly, you'll need a strong post public investor relations strategy to induce investment and calm down those who want to sell their stock. A good IR strategy will also bring into account massive amounts of traditional and viral publicity.

Global Consulting Firms, God And Machine Guns: Global Finance And Acid Rain

By James Scott

Strange title I know but how else do you describe what is going on in the global finance scene. With the master weave of God and Country which equal patriotism and prosperity, what happens when it all collapses? Chaos! It would be great to believe that there are a few men in a locked room somewhere who were controlling this economic collapse and in just a matter of time they would flip a switch and it would all be ok again but none of us are nave enough to believe such a backwards conspiracy theory.

The truth is far worse. The world bank creates money starting with digital imprints on a computer screen, a little money to reel in the third world, import western goods that they can't afford, create a situation of debt and bam, we control another country and blame it on the World Bank and the IMF and all these numbers on a screen take a shape of their own in the minds of the global populace as 'truth'. By truth I mean the international population accepts these numbers that are nothing more than a digital expression of a think tank drone that has been trained to believe that people are pawns and that government fractions within governments is just the way it is.

But people have lost the confidence in those imaginative numbers on the screen. People have lost hope that there is someone on the other side looking out for their interests to make sure that there are jobs, a paycheck and food on the table.

Mainstream confidence in the economic powers that be is disintegrating like a sugar cube in boiling water. With our military fighting battles on multiple fronts, men, women and children have to fight to keep the governments grimy claws out of their back pockets. The Fed, top tier investment banking gurus and global financial demigods just sit and slobber at senate hearings as they, just as we know that they are all for show. The government will use this to distract global citizens until the next distraction is placed on the board and the underhanded motivations of crooked power players will have their way again.

Between the crumbling of this economic house of cards, absence of God and global warming who can step in and save us? The answer is, good old fashioned entrepreneurialship. You, me and the small business down the street. Stop looking to institutional and governmental solutions. They'll promise you a dollar and steal your soul.

Stonewashed Jeans - Fashion Forward Forever

By James Cameroone

People struggle with the appropriate look or fashion trend to settle with. And its no wonder, with artists like Gaga leading the way, the "bar" for what is fashionable seems to be constantly "adjusted" - I can't say whether it is rising or falling, but I know it is fluctuating! At any rate, luckily for me one thing has never gone out of fashion- stonewashed jeans ! I love them.

I have been a staunch supporter of stonewashed jeans since my days as a child in Brighton. I remember seeing the Rolling Stones for the first time in London and thinking to myself, "I'm never wearing anything but stonewashed jeans for the rest of my life." Mick was wearing what could easily be defined as the predecessor to the "hipster uniform" so prevalent in today's smelliest hipster neighborhoods like Williamsburg in Brooklyn, New York, and Silver Lake in Los Angeles, California.

Black, skinny legged stonewashed jeans and a ripped tank top that looked like he had been purposefully spilling shit on for the three weeks prior. Hipsters rule! Wait, no they super blow. And stink like poop. But stonewashed jeans are the business, that I know for sure.

When I began the 9th grade in school, I was one of the few kids savvy enough to be stone washing my own jeans. Since I grew up in working class Brighton, most families didn't have enough money to outfit their children in stonewashed glory. Luckily being the go-getter youth I was, I learned how to stone wash jeans with a simple moisturizing and sanding process.

This process became so popular in Brighton that stonewashed jeans were initially referred to as "James-washed Jeans" in my region. Something about the alliteration always tickled their tummies I think. Because after that term died out, the more popular/longer standing term "Cameroone Crazy Crinkled" jeans became the more favored term. Those drunkards in Brighton love their alliteration!

So while fashion trends dip and doodle, I have only one strong suggestion- stick to your guns! If you feel comfortable and sexy and confident in a particular look, just keep refreshing that look to meet up with the trend of the times. That is why I LOVE stonewashed jeans, they are totally "my thing". There are so many different ways I can spin the look, whether business casual or rock and roll all night long, stonewashed jeans are incredibly versatile. I suggest you find your one true clothing necessity, then go from there. Once you have the anchor, everything else settles in to place.

How To Choose The Right Wedding Band

By Lee Collings

Planning a wedding is a huge undertaking. There are so many details to think about and so much work to be done. One of the most essential parts of the planning process is your reception. There are many things to think about when constructing that portion of your event, and one of the most important is the music.

There are different ways to bring music into your reception but the two most common ways would be to use a DJ or a wedding band. The wedding band is usually the more popular choice between the two and it is something that you will want to give a lot of thought.

The first thing that you should do when you are looking for a wedding band is to try to catch them performing. In general most bands typically have public gigs outside of private events so check with them on these so that you can try to take in a performance. Additionally, you may also want to ask them if they have a demo CD or preferably a video for you to take a look at. This will give you an idea of whether this band is a good fit for your wedding reception.

Your potential wedding bands website is also a great place to begin your research. Often you will be able to see photos, videos, and even listen to musical tracks. All of these can give you a clue about how professional the band is.

Additionally, you can often find testimonials on their website that can give you an idea of what previous clients have thought of working with them. Their website will also usually have a list of the bands repertoire which is important for you to take a look at.

Try and find a band whose music is likely to appeal to a lot of different people. For example something like progressive jazz music or heavy rock may be a bit specialized for the type of people who are likely to be at your wedding. Something like 70's soul or disco music appeals to most ages.

Of course the price of hiring your wedding band is a big part of the decision making process. Be sure that you have had that conversation with the band manager, and once you have ironed out the pricing be sure that it is outlined within your contract. It is also very standard that you will need to put in a non refundable deposit when you submit your contract so that the date of your event can be secured.

About a week before your wedding you will want to call the wedding band to confirm the details of your event. You will want to be sure that their wardrobe is going to be appropriate for your event as well as that they know what time they can arrive to set up.

A nice gesture is to make sure that you provide the band with some food since they most likely traveled a long way, took some time to set up, play all night, and then tear down their equipment. You might also want to make sure that the band has a copy of the planned events for the evening so that they can work around them.

Jason Williams To Return To NBA Action With Orlando

By Ross Everett

Veteran point guard Jason Williams is returning to the NBA after a season away from basketball. Williams announced that hes re-entering the league this season, and will do so in an Orlando Magic uniform. Williams is tentatively slated to be the backup for starting playmaker Jameer Nelson.

Williams signed a one year NBA contract to play for the Los Angeles Clippers in 2008, but walked away from it without playing a game wanting to spend time with his wife and family. His attempt to be reinstated late in the season was rebuffed by the NBA, and he ended up sitting out the entire campaign.

When the Clippers relinquished their rights to Williams earlier this summer, he became an unrestricted free agent. Ultimately, he settled on Orlando due to its proximity to his home in nearby Isleworth, Florida and the role the Magic wanted him to play on a championship contender. Magic General Manager Otis Smith provided these comments on the signing:

"Jason provides depth and leadership to our backcourt. He is a veteran point guard that knows what it takes to help us reach our ultimate goal."

Williams has become more of a consistent player as hes matured, and should provide some valuable depth in the Magic backcourt. When asked to reflect on his NBA and college career Williams sounded a philosophical tone:

"Let me tell you this: If I could go all the way back [to the beginning], I wouldn't do a damn thing different. I know I messed up here and there along the way, but those things I didn't do right helped me become the person I am now."

Williams played a crucial backup role during the Miami Heats 2005-2006 NBA championship run, and will be expected to play a similar function as the Magic try to get over the hump and unseat the reigning NBA champion Los Angeles Lakers.
