Christian Brothers- Satellite Rights Not Yet Sold - Producer Subair | Malayalam Movie Christian Brothers Preview

Producer Subair, who has produced the multistarrer 'Christian Brothers' said that the satellite rights of the film haven't been yet sold.

Recently it was reported that Asianet has been sold the satellite rights of the film for a record price of three crores.

Subair however made clear that the television channels have considerably lessened the amount to be given for acquiring the satellite rights. Hence the rights of the film haven't been sold as yet, he said.

'Christian Brothers' has been directed by Joshey and stars Mohanlal, Dileep, Suresh Gopi, Sarath Kumar, Lakshmi Rai, Kaniha, Kavya Madhavan and Lekshmi Gopalaswami.

Debutante director Sohan Seenulal would direct the film. James Vasanth would compose the music. The film would be scripted by Sachi and Saethu.

Earn Taking Online Surveys | Online Survey: Is it a reality Or A Scam? | Ways To Earn Money Online - Survey Jobs

You've very likely seen pitches like this that you receive via spam:

"Earn $140 per week! Earn $560 a week! Earn $6,270 a year! All by just sitting home, sipping coffee, and filling out surveys."

Is this too good to be true?

Yes. Although it does make sense that a few companies are willing to pay for market research by using online surveys, we believe this is not a good way to spend your time.

Here's how the scam works: Scammers use spam and promise you quick money for little effort. They claim that you only need to spend a few minutes and you'll earn excellent money. Of course, you have to pay the "low" price of $34.95 to learn how to do this.

So their goal is to get thousands of people paying $34.95 (or whatever amount is charged) for the info.

This would be fine if they didn't spam -- and actually delivered what they promised. However, the vast majority of these online survey products are worthless.

Now, you may be thinking, "Well, I'll go online and find a site that screens out the scammers and ranks paid survey sites, and that way I'll find the legitimate online survey companies."

This makes sense on the surface, but unfortunately, many of these "ranking" sites may actually be middlemen who are paid commissions by the survey companies for referrals. Often, whoever pays the most to the ranking site gets the highest rating, and the online survey companies they rank well are not necessarily reliable.

Are there legitimate online survey companies? Yes, there must be, but unfortunately, it's almost impossible to find them. It's like picking a needle out of a 77,300,000 haystack (type "online surveys" into a Google search for similar results).

In fact, legitimate online surveys often are quite long, which means they take awhile to fill out. That's one of the reasons the hype isn't true.

(As an aside, if you do online surveys, you shouldn't scam the online survey companies either. Don't have your kids fill out the surveys or just make up answers. After all, legitimate companies want legitimate answers from legitimate respondents.)

Given that the hype is wrong, how much can you realistically expect to earn doing online surveys?

A friend of ours decided to find out. She is one of the fastest typists we know, and she's extremely efficient and skilled at administrative work.

Since she wanted some extra income she could earn at home in her spare time, she spent a week or so to see how much she'd earn filling out online surveys.

The results? She earned about $0.37 an hour!

Would that be what you'd earn? We don't know. But we believe there are lots of better ways to earn money by working at home.

We've found that people WANT the hype about online surveys to be true. However, in order to make money on the Internet working at home, it takes (gasp!) work. The promises about online surveys are at best not realistic.

Note: Yes, you definitely can earn money on the Internet working at home. Many people do this very successfully. But not by doing online surveys, stuffing envelopes, or medical transcription. ;-)

Now, we'll probably get a lot of email telling us that we're wrong. We've followed this area for quite awhile, and we believe that our advice about online surveys is correct for the vast majority of our subscribers. (Please don't send us these emails, btw.)

Nonetheless, if you're determined to go ahead with online surveys anyway, here's some advice:

First, ignore all spam solicitations. They are all scams.

Second, use Google or your favorite search engine to see if you can find info on the company, including complaints. (Not finding complaints means nothing, btw. People are often too embarrassed to complain when they realize they've been scammed. Or the company may have changed their name or website ten minutes ago.)

One last point: It should be obvious that in this issue we're not talking about free online surveys and polls that you find on many websites. For example, we're not referring to answering the QuickVote poll on the CNN website. ;-)

Vinayan's Yakshiyum Njanum - An Unearthly Love Story | Yakshiyum Njanum - Malayalam Movie is a Horror Experiment From Vinayan | Director Vinayan on Yakshiyum Njanum

Filmmaker Vinayan dares to be different. When directors tend to make movies with bankable stars, Vinayan enjoys working with new faces. In fact some of his films has been a launchpad for some and a shortcut to fame for others. A few of the actors who hit the lamelight through Vinayan's flicks on the big screen include Indrajith and Jayasuriya in 'Oomapenninu Uriyadappayyan', Guinness Pakru in 'Athbhutha Dweepu', Suresh Krishna in 'Karumadikkuttan', and Manikkuttan in 'Boyfriend'.

The directors film Yakshiyum Njanum which released on 30th, also stars new faces. The movie has late acror Rajan P Dev's son, Jubil Raj, playing Villain, Music Director Raveendran's son, Sajan Madhav, making his debut as music director, and introduces Meghna Nair, Gautham and Ricky in lead roles. Actor thilakan plays an astrologer in the movie. The new faces says Vinayan, were selected after an audition and acting workshop.

Says Vinayan, who has written the story, screenplay and dialogues: "I like working with newcomers as it is a challenge to mould them into the characters in the script. There is a sense of satisfaction when they bring these characters to life. Besides Mollywood needs new faces."

Yakshiyum Njanum has been shot on a red camera  in and around Athirappally, Eranakulam, Kulathupuzha and Kuttaalam among other places by cinematographer Nawaz.

The director says that Yakshiyum Njanum is a horror love story. The story revolves around Shyam(played by Gautham) who takes the wrong path to keep his family afloat. While in hiding from the cops, he meets Athira (Meghna). He falls for her. It is only later that he discovers she is a'Yakshi'. What happens next forms the crux of the story.

Coming up next for the director is a retelling of 'Ali Baba and the 40 theives' on screen and a movie 'on a freedom fighter'. he is also planning to remake 'Yaksiyum Njanum' in Telugu.

Some Advice On Playing 7-Card Stud Poker

A very old form of poker still popular today because of its standard, familiar structure is 7-card stud. It attracts a major following in both casinos and Friday night home poker parties. Depending on the region of play, the rules of stud may be altered slightly, but all will have the rule of a maximum of seven players per table due to the fact that a deck contains only 52 cards, also the dealer is allowed to burn 4 in the course of a game. There are less rounds for betting so it is not unusual to find house rules include an ante or pre-flop requisite bet to elicit more hand participation as well as add more complexity to the game.

Players who are unfamiliar with stud poker should definitely not charge right in as its strategy differs from other games, particularly the ever popular holdems. It would be wise for the uninitiated to observe very closely as many stud games as they can and play close attention to the rules, tactics and betting strategies before plunging in. This careful study will help in improving one's strategy when playing any number of poker's forms.

How Betting Goes Down in 7-Card Stud

To begin, three cards are dealt to each player with two of them face down and one face up. Betting occurs next starting in a clockwise direction with the highest scoring hand betting first ( the high hand here would be two aces, max). The cards are dealt face up in the following three rounds, with the River (last) card being dealt face down which segues to the best scoring 5-card hand showdown. Betting rounds are going on between each deal except in the Mississippi version where sometimes four rounds of betting occurs with the last two cards dealt at the same time.

The Workings of 7-Card Stud Strategy

There is usually a mandatory ante that marks the start of most stud games and it is not unusual for some games to demand that the player with the lowest scoring visible hand "bring in" (place a forced bet). The game continues with each player being dealt three cards, two up and the bring in hand holder must bet first. In case of a tie, the suit is the tiebreaker. At this point in the game, a player has the right to bet, fold or raise to the level of the house limits.

Next up, another card is dealt followed by a betting round beginning with the holder of the best hand (by now it would be three aces). For all remaining rounds, it is the player with the highest scoring visible cards who may choose to either bet or check at the rounds onset. The final arrangement of the cards after all are dealt looks like this: two cards placed face down, two face up, and the last card in the arrangement is placed face down.

Similar to Holdem and Omaha poker traditional play, the player with the highest ranking 5-card hand is the winner. Stud is a little unusual in that it does not have a community card pile and the cards in each hand are not all hidden. As is the rule in traditional games, a Royal Flush is at the top of the card combination ranking with the usual assortments ranked in the order of highest to lowest: straight flush, four of a kind, full house, flush, straight, three of a kind, pair with high cards bringing up the rear. An appropriate betting strategy uses as its foundation hand strength, close attention to opponents betting patterns and face up cards and a fine sense of the size of the pot.

Community colleges and associates degrees don't count and it's better not to include these individuals as key players in your business model as it could bring into question your qualifications to run the company. The employee must also have a portfolio of ongoing education certifications and/or certificates of program completion. A university education is one thing but continuous professional growth is another element that is crucial to demonstrating an individual's desire to stay on top of growing trends and contribute to their employers overall strategy.

Now, for the most important part; your executive must have a strong portfolio of industry specific contacts that will contribute to setting up and maintaining strategic alliances and partnerships on behalf of your company.

At corporate meetings, after you go over the plan for the day or the week you need to be able to assign each of your executives goals for setting up quality and qualified partnerships that enhance distribution, intellectual capital, publicity exposure etc. Without a powerful contact base one goes from being a excellent executive with VP level horizons to a general employee that needs to be micromanaged by a management team member.

Look at each executive in your company as a light bulb on a Christmas tree. When you roll out your small or medium size business to raise capital you want your tree blazing with blinding lights making you stand out in your industry.

Taking Companies Public Via OTCBB And NASDAQ: Is Business A Form Of Warfare?

So is business a form of warfare? If it is who are the pawns and who are the kings? Let's look at the facts and past the 1980s clichs that chant: Greed Is Good and Business Is War as those chanting these phrases are often on the sidelines and not gifted enough to be on the field and playing and have no choice but to live vicariously through those they are jealously watching.

Everyone wants to be a player but in this industry you need a lot more than drive you need connections and capability. By connections I mean global political, global corporate, international finance and more. By capability I mean nerves of steel, the ability to bath in acid and swim with sharks and eat class for breakfast. This is one of the most stressful industries I know of with a burnout rate that is off the charts and any other global consultant that I know has struggled with their demons to stay on the top of their game. Business, by all categorical definition is War.

There are winners, losers, economies rise and economies crumble all because of global commerce. Global commerce as you know is control over the masses by an elite few. The elite are not the government officials as they themselves are pawns in a much larger game that even they don't understand. Commerce and finance are numbers on a computer screen and fractional reserve lending, the IMF and other organizations at the end of marionette strings to impose the will of the elite on the global populace.

War in the form of economics is ongoing whereas war with guns and the military is to make a statement. Economic warfare is trade sanctions and limiting technology that will enable a developing nation to grow which will disable their industrial capabilities so that instead of a thriving economy they are dependent on the involvement by industrialized nations. With the Bretton Woods Convention in 1944 and the reconstruction of Europe and the doing away with the gold standard the above mentioned Numbers On A Screen are dictated by who holds the most economic collateral to enforce their idea of numbers.

This group of elites has the economic and military power to impose its will and enforce the idea that the numbers that they place on that screen are etched in stone and if those numbers demonstrate a Loan to a developing nation, though no actual empirical capital has been transferred, that developing nation now becomes a willing pawn in the overall game of economic warfare. So there you have it, business is indeed a form of warfare. This industry of global finance serves as the royal court while those around us are forced to play by the rules we invent and enforce.

I'm not saying that this is a good thing, I'm not exactly proud to be part of the problem but this is the awkward reality. I know you're waiting for a happy ending or an idea that will help create a solution but I don't have one.

Joseph Jagger The Roulette Winner

While the vast majority of players never make it big playing roulette, every now and then there is somebody who figures it out and makes out like a bandit. One of these players was a man named Joseph Jagger. Joseph Jagger in a short time was over five-million dollars by destroying the Monte Carlo Casino.

Joseph Jagger employed six people to secretly keep taps of the outcomes of the roulette wheels at the Monte Carlo Casino. After years of data collection enough data had been gathered. After looking at the numbers Jagger saw that a specific wheel has an obvious bias towards a few numbers.

One of the wheels had a very strong bias towards the numbers 7, 8, 9, 17, 18, 19, 22, 28, and 29 the ball landed on these numbers far more often than the other numbers on the wheel. So he did what any self respecting gambler would do. Jagger walked right into that casino and robbed it blind.

During July of 1875 Jagger took at seat at the malfunctioning wheel and placed bet after bet on seven. It did not take very long for Jagger to win a large sum of money. Jagger had what every gambler dreams of having, knowledge of where the ball will land.

Jagger kept betting and betting day after day, all on the number seven. Needless to say he didn't stop winning. Things then got worse for the casinos because many gamblers saw what Jagger was up to and also started placing bets on seven.

The casino became desperate. They decided that it was in their best interest to try and trick Jagger. They moved all of the roulette wheels. They hoped that this would fool Jagger into losing some of their money. This only worked for a short amount of time.

But Jagger was one step ahead of the casinos. Before the casinos knew that Jagger was about to make them look like a fool for the rest of history he discreetly scratched the malfunctioning wheel so that he could track it down. Once Jagger had a bad day or two he eyed the wheel and realized that the scratch was missing. He then found the correct table and began to win once more. The casinos then did a complete overhaul and moved the frets on all of the tables on a daily basis.

Jagger soon realized that he would no longer be able to gamble profitably. His prized table had been forever hidden from him. He knew that his run was done and he left the casino with the intentions of never returning. He took over five-million dollars from the Monte Carlo Casino. Jagger is now a roulette icon, a folk hero. Record Companies Resort To Different Tactics To Collect Money

It seems as though record companies have developed a new game plan in order to collect royalties. As we all know, the music industry attempted to sue individual users who illegally downloaded songs. But because of this approach to recover from major fiscal loss has destroyed their public image.

Instead of lowering the cost of CDs in order to compete with music circulating through the internet that is for free, these businesses have turned to collection agencies who are now bringing cellphone companies to court over royalties from ring tones. Contesting that ring tones counted as public performances, the music industry asserted that cell phone companies should be obligated to pay performance fees. The courts quickly denied this claim.

Despite this unfruitful endeavour to collect on royalties, Broadcast Music Inc is now suing T-Mobile over ring back tones, alleging that the mobile carrier is selling them without licensing agreements. Unlike ring tones, which play publically when someone calls, ring back tones are only heard specifically by the person calling. Instead of hearing a cellphone dialing, the caller will hear a song that was chosen by the cell owner.

Music lovers are quick to point out the contradictory nature of this lawsuit. If ringtones that can be heard by anyone around a cellphone that is being called, do not equate to a public performance, it seems absurd to sue the mobile carriers over a ringback tone that can be heard only by the caller. Record companies seem to be grasping at straws as they suffer from huge financial losses.

It does not seem that lowering the cost of CDs and DVDs is an idea that has occurred to the major companies. There are still a number of music fans out there that prefer to collect and own the media, however with prices constantly spiking, downloading music for free seems very tempting. CDs generally go on sale for about seventeen dollars.

A few bands have bypassed the issue of free music downloads through creative tactics. Radiohead, an alternative rock band, built a website where fans can obtain the mp3s for free, or for a donation. Nine Inch Nails' Trent Reznor made a similar site. The music industry's unsuccessful lawsuits and declining public image leads one to believe that thinking outside of the box and lower pricing may be more effective than bullying money out of mobile carriers and individual users.
