Krishnan Kutty Menon (Nedumudi Venu) is a widower and successful businessman with two sons. When Anjana (Navya Nair) returns to town now as a foreigner after staying abroad with her parents, she is desperate to take revenge on Pavan, because Pavan used to tease her causing her to drop out of her engineering degree course.
But somewhere along the line her feelings toward Pavan turn into love. And as Anjana also gets closer to Menon, Menon starts to dream of her being his daughter-in-law. With a sudden twist in the movie, Sreedevi (Jayasudha) who is Anjana's guardian turns out to be Menon's adolescent love. Navya and Pavan try to reunite them, leading to many comical scenes, and an enjoyable film.

Jagannadhan (Mohanlal) alias Jagan makes a friend of him (Saikumar) to buy an old kovilakam for him as a return of favour. Jagan starts to live in the tharavadu and slowly gets involved in the life of people around him. People see him as the 6th Thamburan in the regime, which everybody thinks lost its roots. He clashes with the Kolappulli Appan Thamburam (Narendra Prasad) the local land lord who wants the destruction of the old house and thus causing an end to the family itself. He prevents a religious possession.
During the course of the story Jagan is shown as a fan of classical Indian music and art and said to be running an art gallery in Delhi from there he travels to Gwalior to learn Hindustani music and then he turns into a gangster afterwards, of which reason is not shown in the story. It is revealed later that Jagan actually is the son of the priest who was killed in the feud between the two families and Jagan's purpose is revenge for his father's death of which Kolapulli Appan was the main mastermind.
Jagan outwits and outcomes the Appan Thamburan and his allies and conducts the possession. Though he tends to leave the place with his love Unnimaya (Manju Warrier) after that, he obliges to the people's wish and stays back.

The film has three girls as protagonists. They are in a boarding school trying to find out a way to overcome their emotional problems. Pooja lives with her mother (Seeta), Saira comes from a broken home and Sridevi’s parents are heart smitten on their daughter.

Pooja is the brightest student in the class and also the school leader while Saira is the naughtiest one in the group, even though she is more emotional due to her family problems. Due to her separated parents (Suresh Gopi & Aishwarya), Saira, who is in hostel always plays fowl to get caught every time by their principal whom they passionately call Dracula. Saira and Sridevi who are in the hostel find their best friends in Firoz (Majo Joseph) and Suraj Menon (Sooraj) in their class. Firoz is a modest guy, bad in studies but crazy about music. Suraj, the hero of his class falls in love with Sridevi and in a school excursion, they end up making love which results in Sridevi becoming pregnant. The rest of the story revolves around how the friends handle the pressure of pregnancy and how they find ways to overcome the associated troubles.

In Ghost House Inn Malayalam Movie Review

They are back again. Again with laughs, songs and friendship sorry errâ€¦ and ghosts. This time the friends unite at a mansion bought by Thomaskutty (Asokan) which has a bad name attached, that the bungalow has ghosts.

Welcome all aficionados of In Harihar Nagar; here is a film that can be placed in class with the original. Those who questioned Lal's venture, To Harihar Nagar get slapped in both cheeks with this fast moving entertainer. When Lal made the second part (To Harihar Nagar) it felt like he is just cashing in on the popularity of the former. Through this film, Lal adds value to the series he created with director Siddique.

In Ghost House Inn has a very good/ scary story and is nicely executed by this commercial director. The good part is that it won't challenge your brain and there are not many bad comedies. Characters (more than actors) are convincing and mischievous as always.

This is what we can call a pure entertainer. The first part is moving at 140 km/hr while the former half of post interval has a small lag. Lal who knows the mind of every viewer plays a cat and mouse with them. The master mind answers each and every moment in the film with his unique story telling manner. Every question that pops up in the mind of viewers gets resolved one by one.

The film starts seventy years from the present time. The title graphics which follows this is above average. The new songs seem to hit the charts. Horror scenes are made well. Camera by Venu is praiseworthy. Prasant Madhavâ€™s art is notable.

The actresses who arrive as wives are interesting. The film is noted for the absence of Salim Kumar and Suraj. Harisree Asokan with his modest role has done some effective humor. Nedumudi does a good character and the four is as usual legendarily funny. Jegatheesh is the show steeler.

The film has aptly made use of the resources available and is constructed at a modest budget. This movie is a must see for your family this season.

According to foursomes, the whole point of a vacation is to be away from the family. But why do they bring their wives this time. It is up to you to find out.

The question that crops up in my mind is how Lal alone can do a script like this in less than a year? He must know magic.

Apart from some cinematic gimmicks this film is completely fool proof.

MOVIE OVERVIEW

Kichamani (Suresh Gopi) lives off the corrupt system. He is the wheeler-dealer in the corridors of power. Any task could be accomplished, from reinstating a suspended police officer to getting admission in a private medical college, for a fee. You can even smuggle illicit liquor into the state without being caught if you have an out-pass issued by Kichamani Associates.
So far so good. But to bring conflict into play, Kichamani is provided with a nemesis in the form of Devanarayanan (Biju Menon), a politician who is (for whatever reason) hell bent on breaking down the parallel administration run by our man. The whole film becomes a game of one-upmanship between the two. The slugfest between the cronies on both sides becomes the impetus for comedy.

Photographer is the first directorial venture of Ranjan Pramod who had earlier made his mark as a script writer having done the screenplay for such memorable hits as Meesa Madhavan, Manasinakkare, Achuvinte Amma and Naran.

Mohanlal plays the role of Dijo John, a nature photographer. He is married to Sathyavathi. Theirs was a love marriage. Dijo John is a Christian and Sathya a Brahmin. They have a son called Saran. They have a happy life together.

The film tells the story of love, bereavement, pain and various incidents that take place in the life of an ordinary man.

Kannada actress Nithashree makes her debut appearance in Malayalam as Sathyavathi in this film. Ranjan Pramods own son Sowgandh plays the role of Saran.
