Chattambinadu is a Malayalam movie released in 2009 with Mammooty playing the lead role of Mallaiya. The movie is a mass entertainer with something for everyone especially the comedy lovers. The movie stars Lakshmi Rai, Siddique, Suraj Venjaramoodu, and Salim Kumar other than Mammooty. The movie was directed by Shafi who had hit movies like Chocolate and Thommanum Makkalum to his name.
