After Big B [ Images ] with Mammootty and Sagar Alias Jacky Reloaded with Mohanlal, director Amal Neerad has announced his next venture, Anwar, with Prithviraj in the lead. The film will also star National Award-winning Tamil actor Prakash Raj [ Images ] and actor/producer/director Lal, in key roles. Mamta Mohandas [ Images ] is the heroine.
Prithviraj, who has hailed as a superstar after the success of Puthiya Mugham last year, will shoot for the movie after completing Dr Biju's Veettilekkulla Vazhi and Vysakh's Pokkiri Raja with Mammootty. Lal, who is busy with the post-production works of In Ghost House Inn, said that Amal offered him a role that was an absolutely challenging one for any actor.
According to Amal, with two directors -- Prakash Raj and Lal -- and a budding director (Prithviraj) in the cast, things will be even better this time around.
