Thandavam, directed by Shaji Kailas was a much awaited release from Mohanlal soon after the megahit Narasimham directed from the same shaji Kailas. But this one could not do the magic this time. Mohanlal with his excellent performance is at his best, as always, but the problem is with the storyline and direction, depicting Mohanlal as a Godly character, which the malayalis can never accept. Still watchable, for the Mohanlal fans, the movie has much to offer. But families can never watch this movie with their kids with the dialogues all containing a soar content.
