This film takes off from where Inspector Balram and Aathirathram left. This is about Inspector Balram as well as about the small-time smart criminal Taradas. But in the new movie, Inspector Balram has become a DSP while Taradas has graduated into the big league of crime and international mafia. The story has been woven with contemporary events and happenings. Balram comes across a huge a cache of arms and ammunitions. Investigations point a finger at don Taradas. His lover Supriya (an actress ---shades of Abu Salem and Monica Bedi) is arrested. So comes Taradas from Dubai to take on the Kerala police. The fight is between evil and good.
