Prince Of Persia The Sands Of Time English Movie Premium DVDRip Watch Online | Watch Prince Of Persia Online
With Jerry Bruckheimer producing, lots of action, adventure and excitement are promised. With "Prince Of Persia: The Sands Of Time" he continues that promise. The film, from start to finish, is filled with well-choreographed sword-fighting action, fantastic special effects, sweepingly exotic scenery, lavish production design, and a good, sweeping music score by Harry Gregson-Williams. During the action scenes the camera does not shake that much compared to recent movies... although I admit there are one too many slow-motion sequences, that (although gorgeous to look at) distracts the audience too much. However Bruckheimer has a thing for slo-mo, so he's excused. The screenplay is about what you'd expect for a Hollywood-filmed Arabian adventure.

From many centuries ago, the legend of Robin Hood has been captivating people of all ages, and I was not the exception, because when I was a kid, I obsessively read moldy book with yellowish pages (which I found in my grandparents' home) which told the adventures of that noble English bandit who stole to rich people in order to give the money to the poor ones; and who was also an archer who never failed, and who lived in the Sherwood forest in company of his accomplices and friends, laughing at the justice and enjoying a happy and dissipated life.I will start warning that nothing of that is present in the new film Robin Hood.Instead of that, the movie pretends to be a prequel with more political mystery than passion, and the final result is a tedious and very mediocre film experience.

Iron Man Faces a Deadly New Foe in the Sequel
If you are worried that "Iron Man 2" couldn't possibly top the first movie in terms of action and special effects, let us put your mind at ease. We have an exclusive first look at a fight scene from the sequel where Robert Downey Jr. faces off against his latest adversary Whiplash, played by Mickey Rourke. And once you see Iron Man's new armor in action, you're sure to agree that the second chapter in Marvel's superhero saga is definitely going to deliver the goods.
The clip comes from a scene in the film set at the Monaco Grand Prix. Tony Stark (Downey) is competing in the race, but it gets interrupted by the arrival of Ivan Vanko (Rourke), also known as Whiplash. As we've seen in the trailer, Whiplash unleashes his electrified bullwhips, slicing Stark's racer in half.
Whiplash also apparently takes a chunk out of Stark's Rolls Royce with his driver Hogan (Jon Favreau) and Pepper Potts (Gwyneth Paltrow) trapped inside. When the clip starts, Pepper tosses Tony his "suitcase suit," and we get to see its full transformation as it unfolds and surrounds him in armor. In the comic books, Tony Stark also carried around his suit in a case, but it was kept in pieces that he assembled. For the movie, the concept gets a fully mechanized upgrade, though it is in the silver and red color scheme in reference to the "Silver Centurion" armor from the comics.
As he battles with Vanko, it's clear that Tony is surprised by the blinding speed and destructive force of his whips. Vanko is able to knock Iron Man's hands away before he's able to fire off a repulsor blast, plus he can grab onto Stark and fling him to the ground. This scene shows off the menace and physicality Mickey Rourke brings to the role. Since Whiplash's weaponry leaves so much of his body exposed, you can see that it really is Rourke doing much of his own stunt work.
The clip ends with Iron Man knocked down to one knee with one of Vanko's whips wrapped around his neck. He looks battered, for sure, but definitely not out of the fight. To see how the battle turns out, you'll have to catch "Iron Man 2" when it opens on May 7.

'Avatar' sets first-day Blu-ray sales record
DVDs and Blu-ray Discs of James Cameron 's "Avatar" flew off store shelves Thursday, the movie's first day in stores, despite being available in just the 2D format.
An early industry estimate set overall disc sales comfortably north of 4 million units, putting it well on track to become the year's top-selling release to date.
Blu-ray sales -- at 1.5 million copies -- well outpaced first-day sales of previous high-definition top dog " The Dark Knight ."
Retailers sold out of 60% of their Blu-ray inventory on average, said a spokesman for distributor 20th Century Fox. He declined to specify unit shipments. Mass merchants moved out roughly 50% of their "Avatar" DVDs, the spokesman added.
Due to the epic's ecological theme, Fox broke with the industry's Tuesday release date norm and scheduled the release to coincide with Earth Day. Cameron and others connected to the film have been participating in a host of green-themed events as part of the movie's home-entertainment campaign.
A 3D version of the picture is expected to hit Blu-ray Disc early next year. Fox and the filmmakers wanted to wait until a greater number of homes were equipped with 3D Blu-ray players. Though 3D-enabled players only recently became available, virtually all new Blu-ray players will boast that capability by year's end. The first DVDs lack even special features of the sort typically included on disc releases. A special edition release is expected to hit stores in November and will include extensive bonus features.
Despite the lean-and-mean nature of the release, Fox figures "Avatar" eventually will surpass "The Twilight Saga: New Moon" as the year's best-selling disc. "New Moon" moved 4 million units in its first two days -- after launching on a Friday , at midnight -- and has sold 6.5 million copies on DVD and Blu-ray to date.
Many Best Buy locations and other retailers stayed open until midnight Wednesday to allow witching-hour early birds to flock to stores and snatch the first "Avatar" discs.
